I have memorized the first half of Shakespeare's Sonnet #116:

Let me not to the marriage of true minds
Admit impediments. Love is not love
Which alters when it alteration finds,
But bends with the remover to remove.
Oh no! It is an ever-fixed mark,
Which looks on tempests and is never shaken

It's kind of like a mantra to me. I often wonder if such a love actually exists outside of my own imagination.
